West Coast-inspired soda shop opening in Charlotte with customizable syrups, creams, fruit
West Coast soda shop vibes are on their way to Charlotte.
Family owned Sips & Dips will celebrate a soft opening this weekend at Promenade on Providence. Its grand opening will be April 2.
Owners Blake and Lindsay Hart were inspired to open Sips & Dips after traveling out West and visiting soda shops.
“Our little shop is light and bright and airy … full of color and fun and full of windows that open up completely to the green,” Lindsay Hart said.
The soda shop will offer both indoor and outdoor ordering and pick up.
On the menu:
Sodas, with customizable:
- syrups
- creams
- fresh citrus garnishes).
Sparkling water refreshers, with fresh fruit garnishes.
Gourmet snacks, including:
- cookies
- treats
pretzel bites (savory and sweet)
dips
