A new location of Crispy Banh Mi has opened in Ballantyne Village, offering a fourth spot for fans of the restaurant’s banh mi and Vermicelli bowls to grab a meal.

Customers can expect to find the same menu as the other Crispy Banh Mi locations, which have steadily expanded since the first family-owned restaurant opened in 2016. Its hours have expanded, too — the shops were previously closed on Mondays but are now open daily.

There are 11 banh mi sandwiches to choose from, including the Crispy’s Favorite (with ham, pork roll, head cheese and grilled chicken), grilled pork or chicken, and a vegetarian option. Each comes with carrots, daikon, cucumbers, cilantro and jalapenos, and you can add on avocado, a fried egg or more meat for an additional charge.

Crispy Banh Mi’s new Ballantyne Village location is at 14825 Ballantyne Village Way, Suite 175.

Other options on the menu include chicken wings and fries, salads and cold Vietnamese rice vermicelli noodle bowls with lettuce, cucumber, mint, cilantro and pickled carrots and daikon.

The restaurant is also known for its wide variety of drink options, including coffee, tea, frappes, smoothies and slushies — plus juices.

Pickup is available, as is delivery via Chownow and Postmates.
