Tasting menu restaurant Bardo has quietly closed — but only temporarily.

The chef and owner at the small plates restaurant in Charlotte, which also offers multi-course wine pairings, said Bardo will be back, however.

“Bardo is not closing. I closed for a little to get some things done there that I can’t do while being open,” Mike Noll told CharlotteFive.

For now, the restaurant remains listed on Tock as unavailable for reservations. Noll also posted an offer on Instagram on Monday for private, in-home dining experiences with a seven-course tasting for $215 per person.
