Foodies, get ready. Eat Black Charlotte Week has returned to Charlotte.

The popular weeklong event is held from June 2-11 to highlight, honor and celebrate Charlotte’s Black-owned restaurants. Throughout the week, over 20 local restaurants will offer deals and prix fixe menus for lunch and dinner. The full list of participating restaurants is below. ⬇️

“We’ve received a positive response from the community over the last two years and we are excited to showcase how we’ve incorporated feedback,” Erique Berry, team leader for Eat Black Charlotte, said. “Folks want good food, and they want a good experience too. We’re looking forward to giving the people what they want.”

Similar to last year, the weeklong event will wrap up with the annual Eat Black Charlotte Food & Culture Festival on June 10, featuring live music, activities and a full food lineup from local restaurants.

Last year, organizers saw record attendance at the food truck rally, so this year it’ll be held at a new venue on East 7th Street. The free family-friendly event will have live music, activities for kids and a full food truck lineup. You can reserve early access tickets online.
