Over here at CharlotteFive, we love pizza. So when chef Sam Hart embarked on an adventure that involved eating 24 pizzas from 24 different pizzerias in 24 days, we got out the popcorn — er, pepperoni. We wanted to know everything.
And today, Sam is sharing all the notes. Here’s how to follow along:
First, you’ll want to read their post-pizza analysis. What did they learn? Which places were the most memorable and why? What makes the perfect pie, in their opinion?
Once you’ve soaked up all the cheesy details, you’re probably going to want to do this yourself, right? I mean, who wouldn’t? The good news is, you can — Sam shared the list of the 24 places they visited, if you’d like to follow in their footsteps. And without further gatekeeping, here it is:

Note: The menus (including the pizza styles) vary at each location, so check before you choose! Sam visited the West Morehead location, which serves wood-fired pies.
