Everything you need to know about Sea Level’s ‘kid cousin’, The Waterman—which opens today at 4 p.m.
The Waterman is (finally!) opening at 2729 South Blvd., Suite D—right near Harris Teeter and Holler & Dash—today at 4 p.m. Paul Manley, the co-owner of Sea Level, and the same investment and operating team from the Uptown seafood restaurant are behind the opening of the new fish bar in Sedgefield.
Inside, Carrie Frye Interior Design was in charge of the slightly industrial but welcoming vibe with soft furnishings. There will be both inside and outside seating along with a 2,000-square-foot rooftop bar.
Instagrammers, get ready; Manley said there is a clear view of Uptown from the roof. The rooftop bar is expected to be open in a few weeks.
