This Uptown coffee shop just released their summer drink menu. Here are 7 drinks to sip on.
If you haven’t visited Queen City Grounds just yet and have been meaning to go, now’s your chance. Head barista Dillon Williams has created a new summer drink menu, just released on Friday of last week, that will help cool you down on these ninety-plus-degree days.

On the menu, you’ll find:
Caught In the Rain
Ingredients: Pineapple juice, cold brewed coffee and coconut milk (enjoyed most by those who like Piña Coladas).
Price: $7.50
Note: This is one of Dillon Williams’ favorites on the menu.
Cococcino
Ingredients: A little bit of paradise added to a classic espresso with coconut milk and coconut shavings.
Price: $5
Note: This is the only specialty, hot summer drink served on the new menu.
S.S. Minnow
Ingredients: A luxurious sparkling hibiscus tea combined with blood orange juice.
Price: $4.50
Mai Tai Iced Tea
Ingredients: The most exotic black tea sweetened with agave and layered with creamy almond milk. It’s the best gateway to relaxation, we hear.
Price: $4.50
Matcha Mojito
Ingredients: The finest matcha from the Far East enhanced with refreshing lime and mint.
Price: $4.50
Diablo Feliz
Ingredients: The devil’s indulgence, imported pineapple Jarrito and cold brewed coffee, mildly torched with jalapeño agave.
Price: $4.50
Puppuccino
Ingredients: Unfortunately as good as it looks, it’s only for pups and consists of whipped cream, caramel and a doggie treat on top.
Price: $2
Note: All proceeds go towards Greater Charlotte SPCA.
