Work For Your Beer is all about living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. They don’t just drink craft beer—they work for it. And while they feel there are plenty of reasons to work out, but one of them is definitely so that you don’t have to feel guilty grabbing a beer after a run or yoga class.

To make sure the rest of the beer lovers in Charlotte are staying active, too, Work For Your Beer teamed up with OrthoCarolina to create posters that encourage folks to do yoga poses, jumping jacks, and lunges for the chance to win a $100 gift to one of five local breweries.

Ready to get active for your shot at the prize? Read on to find out how you could win!

Here’s How You Enter to Win

They teamed up with five local breweries for this contest, asking you to do a different workout at each one:
  • NoDa Brewing
  • Legion Brewing
  • Triple C Brewing
  • Catawba Brewing
  • Blue Blaze Brewing

Once you get to the brewery, find the poster and take a photo or video doing the workout it asks you to do, which could be anything from jumping jacks to lunges.

Then post it on Instagram tagging @workforyourbeer, @orthocarolina, and the brewery, and use the hashtags #WorkForYourBeer and #YouImproved for the chance to win the $100 gift card we’re giving away to that brewery!

The contest ends on Tuesday, July 31. Work For Your Beer will select their favorite post at each of the five breweries, and will announce the winner on Friday, August 3.
