The new year is in full swing, which means if you resolved to get healthy, it’s time to get moving. If yoga is a part of your workout routine this year, but you’re also trying to save money, there are plenty of inexpensive yoga classes around Charlotte where you can get your flow on.

Check out the list below for 12 yoga classes that will cost you $5 or less:

(1) Bijou 5 Yoga

Cost: $5

When: Monday through Saturday

Where: 2317 Randolph Road

What else? Aside from being the only studio in Charlotte to offer $5 classes, Bijou 5 offers equipment, such as bolsters, blocks, blankets — and even mats — free of charge.

Cost: Free

When: Thursdays at 6:30 p.m.

Where: 2320 N Davidson St.

What else? This class tends to fill up fast, so make sure you arrive early to secure a spot.

(3) GoodRoad CiderWorks Yoga

Cost: $5

When: Fridays at 6:30 p.m.

Where: 117 Southside Dr.

What else? You’ll receive a 4-ounce pour of cider or apple juice with the cost of the class.

(4) I am Yoga

Cost: First class free, then $5

When: Tuesday at 5:30 and 6:45 p.m.

Where: Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 3400 Beatties Ford Road.

What else? Choose between stretch at 5:30 p.m. and strength and balance at 6:45 p.m.

(5) Lenny Boy Brewing Yoga
