You’re probably guilty of watching one (or more) of those rolled ice cream videos that pop up from time to time in your social media feed. And who can blame you? The stuff looks so good it’s like you can taste it. Now, you can. Jolly Rolls Ice Cream in Matthews has been rolling for a few months now. The company just opened their second location in South Carolina.

Ernesto Reina, co-owner of Jolly Rolls, says the novelty of rolled ice cream goes beyond the showmanship of how it’s made. He shows how the technology involved actually makes the product taste better.

Jolly Rolls is located at 10020 Monroe Road in Charlotte and at 8433 Charlotte Highway in Indian Land.
