Now open for reservations: Charlotte Cycleboats is like a party bus for the water

This story is courtesy of our friends at Queen City Weekend.

Described as a pedal-powered party boat, Charlotte Cycleboats is the first of its kind on Lake Norman. The concept is similar to the pedal party buses; riders pedal, drink and chill on the boat for two hours at a time. Rob Bennett, the owner of Charlotte Cycleboats, says they’ll offer several types of cruises, including mixer, craft beer and singles cruises.

The boat can accommodate up to 15 people, with 10 pedal stations and an addition five spots on a bench in the back of the boat.

Ticket prices for individuals will be $35 for weekdays and $39 on weekends.
