If you haven’t tried Harris Teeter Bingo, you haven’t lived

I love Harris Teeter. I’ve had my brief love affair with Trader Joe’s, but it’s the old reliable Teeter that I find myself wandering into every day after work.

These regular trips to Harris Teeter can become commonplace, just another monotonous detail of our days. However, before you stop appreciating how entertaining these little grocery trips can be, I ask that you first try playing a round of Harris Teeter Bingo.

HT Bingo was something I invented with my friends … Okay, just my girlfriend … Okay, I played alone in my head, are you happy?

Regardless, the idea came up after seeing the same few things take place almost every time I went into a Harris Teeter. It got to the point where I decided to make a game of it — making a mental list and seeing how many things I could check off while on a routine grocery store run.

I’ve listed the most common things below, so next time you find yourself dreading that trip to the store to pick up dinner, you’ll have something to make the chore more entertaining.
