Tracking Panthers QB Cam Newton’s completions: Week 16 against the Falcons

Hello, Carolina Panthers fans! Last football season, we tracked linebacker Luke Kuechly’s tackles. This season we’re keeping track of all the passes completed by reigning NFL MVP Cam Newton.

The “X” on the field in the graphic below marks where each pass was caught, not where the play ended. The placement on the grid to the left also applies to where the catch was made.

The Panthers lost to the Atlanta Falcons on Saturday 33-16. Cam stunk in the first half, going 6-17 with two interceptions. He finished the game with 18 pass completions for 198 passing yards, two interceptions and a touchdown. Get the breakdown in the infographic below.
