(1) Sip and socialize at #instabeerupCLT.

#instabeerupCLT is a networking event meets social gathering. Hosted at a different brewery on the last Thursday of the month, the event is simple — grab a name tag, a drink and mix it up. This month’s event is at March 30 at NoDa Brewing.
(2) Watch and learn at the 7th Annual Charlotte Black Film Festival.
March 20-April 2. $15+. Charlotte Convention Center, 501 S. College St.

(3) Celebrate at Birdsong’s Spring Beak Beach Party.
Saturday, noon-10 p.m. Free. Birdsong Brewing, 1016 N. Davidson St.
Come celebrate Birdsong’s sixth annual Spring Beak Beach Party with an all-day event and the release of its new session IPA, Paradise City — the first year-round beer to join Birdsong’s lineup since 2012. King of Pops will be onsite with a special Paradise City Pop.
(4) Have an Ale for Autism at NoDa Brewing.

(5) Feast at the Mother Shuckin’ Oyster Roast.
Sunday, 1-6 p.m. NoDa Brewing, 2921 N. Tryon St.
NoDa Brewing and Sea Level NC are bringing Charlotte a badass oyster roast. NoDa and Front Street Brewery will debut their #NCbeer month brew, Mother Shucker, while Sea Level dishes out oysters.
