Papi Queso is taking over a South End brewery’s kitchen for 6 months -- starting tomorrow
What’s better than a food truck at a brewery? A food truck taking over a brewery’s kitchen.
That’s what’s happening at Sycamore Brewing, where Papi Queso will operate out of the brewery’s kitchen for the next six months, starting Nov. 1.
“Think of it as a pop-up restaurant inside of Sycamore,” Sycamore Co-Owner Sarah Brigham said in an email. Papi Queso will be “offering a special menu designed specifically for the brewery — with a few all-time favorites.”
The collaboration starts Nov. 1 — the brewery’s actual two year anniversary — and the brewery will be celebrating with $11 pitchers and the release of Sycamore’s 200th unique beer: A Fresh Pineapple IPA.
And Papi Queso lunch service will begin Nov. 4, running noon-4 p.m.
