Favors A photo booth gave each guest a print-out of the photos they took with the couple’s names and wedding date at the bottom.
What made the wedding special “Right before it was time to walk down the aisle, my mother gave me a diamond bracelet that my dad had given her,” Ashley says. “Something extra: every time we see a cardinal, we say it’s like my (deceased) grandfather is looking over us. As we were looking at some of the pictures from the wedding, we’re positive we can see a cardinal high up, in one of the trees. We like to think that meant he was there with us.”
Best part of the wedding day “Walking down the aisle, seeing Ethan, and knowing that the moment I had waited for since I was a little girl was finally here,” Ashley says. “And I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect guy or day to celebrate.”
Honeymoon A week in Key West.
Favorite date night Ordering takeout or going to a nice dinner, then getting a movie to watch at home.
Advice for brides-to-be “When your wedding day arrives, relax and have fun,” Ashley says.
Advice for grooms-to-be “Just enjoy yourself,” Ethan says.
