Time lapse: Watch 74,000+ fans fill Panthers’ Bank of America Stadium in 30 seconds
The Carolina Panthers game against the Green Bay Packers was the hottest ticket in town Sunday.
A sold-out crowd of 74,461 filed into Bank of America Stadium to watch the Panthers hold off a Packers fourth-quarter comeback and win 37-29, staying undefeated at 8-0. (Or 7-1*?)
We wanted to see what 70,000+ fans streaming into a stadium looks like, so we sent Kennan Banks to Sunday’s game. Watch the stadium go from just about empty to packed in 30 seconds with this time-lapse video.
It starts as a slow trickle and then, about 15 minutes before kickoff, it fills in quickly.
