Quail Hollow Club: Charlotte’s best sports venue
The Story
Quail Hollow Club has done it again: Landed yet another major golf event. It will host the Presidents Cup, a match-play event pitting top players from the United States against top non-European international players.

The Facts
– The South Charlotte golf club will host the Cup in fall 2021.
– Will feature 12 top US players vs 12 non-European international players.
– While cool, this is not the better known and anticipated Ryder’s Cup, which pits US players against European players.
– This is another major score for Quail Hollow, which not only hosts every year the mega successful Wells Fargo Championship but in 2017 will host the PGA Championship, one of golf’s major tournaments.

If you haven’t been out to Quail Hollow, try to at least make a practice round at this year’s Wells Fargo. During tournament play, it’s a relaxed party done with full class. Quail Hollow has it nailed.
