The great walls of Charlotte
I’ve walked past the wall above nearly every day since May. I tend to be in a rush and I tend to overlook it. But it caught my eye last week, when I was leaving work for the weekend. I loved the anonymity of the graffiti, the subtle signature. I loved the way this wall on Poplar Street uptown had this sudden power to make me stop and stare.
There are endless great wall paintings on buildings in Charlotte. Stop and stare, won’t you?
