BOOM Charlotte offers diverse festival lineup to boost ‘art and the unexpected’
BOOM Charlotte, the popular annual festival that showcases some of the most experimental aspects of the city’s arts scene, has recently announced its 2025 Fringe lineup.
The three-day event April 25-27 at The Shoppes at University Place will celebrate “art and the unexpected” with two kinds of experiences: BOOM Fringe, with ticketed indoor performances, and BOOM Intersection, with family-friendly outdoor performances and pop-ups.
This will be the eighth annual appearance of the event, which describes itself as “an exploration of creativity, community and connection.”
Festivalgoers will be able to immerse themselves in exploratory poetry and spoken word events, dance, theater and multi-disciplinary performances.
