Bank of America Stadium lands another major 2026 concert tour for Charlotte

Add another humongous stadium show to the spring concert schedule: Post Malone and Jelly Roll will bring their co-headlining tour to Bank of America Stadium on Tuesday, June 9, Live Nation announced Monday morning.

The “The Big Ass Stadium Tour Part 2” announcement came on the heels of a big night at the Grammys for the artists, who both create music that fuses country, rap, rock, and soul.

Post Malone performed a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne with Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith at the ceremony, while Jelly Roll won three awards — Best Contemporary Country Album “Beautifully Broken,” Best Country Duo/Group Performance (“Amen,” with Shaboozey), and Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance/Song (“Hard Fought Hallelujah,” with Brandon Lake).

But Jelly Roll (real name Jason Bradley DeFord) grabbed more headlines after the awards show for something he didn’t do.

While several peers used the ceremony as a platform to speak out against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Jelly Roll dodged reporters’ questions about his stance on ICE in the press room, just hours before dropping the new set of dates. “I’m a dumb redneck. I haven’t watched enough. I didn’t even have a phone for 18 months.”

He added, however, that he plans to weigh in on the issue — soon. “I do have a lot to say. I’m going through it this next week, and everybody’s going to hear exactly what I have to say, in the loudest and clearest way I’ve ever spoken in my life.”

Both Post and Jelly last performed in Charlotte in 2024.
