@809: boring on the outside, party on the inside

I went over to visit the co-working space called @809. It’s growing and well known in the entrepreneurial community. Don’t be deceived by it’s boring outer shell, it’s a cool space with even cooler people. Let’s take a peak inside.

Where is this place? @809 is located in the Third Ward near Bank of America Stadium.

Do they have beer? Yes. No kegerator, but I did take a creepy photo of the communal fridge. Looks like some Unknown Brewery cans and some Bud Light bottles:

Who owns and manages the place? Seismic Partners (a business transformation and new venture development company) owns the building and Mark Bruinooge is Seismic’s Founder/Managing Partner.
