It’s soup season in Charlotte, and a piping hot bowl of ramen is always in the cards for a perfect cozy winter evening.

Gone are the days of mixing grocery store ramen in a cup with water warmed from your dorm room kettle. (Though there’s nothing wrong with some grocery store ramen now and again, either!) It’s just that, these days, Charlotte restaurants are offering much better versions of the old college standby.
