Pork or beef, shredded or chopped, hickory or pecan — there are a lot of choices and barbecue variations to suit your taste buds. And don’t even get us started on the sauces.

That’s where you come in. We want to know your favorite places to get barbecue in the Charlotte area, whether that’s pulled pork, sliced brisket or a giant rack of ribs, slathered in sauce.
