If there’s one thing the Charlotte area is known for, it’s definitely sports.

From football and basketball, soccer and baseball — the Queen City’s got it all, and a booming sports bar scene to match.

But which is the best of the best for local fans? For our next Readers’ Choice poll, we want to find the top game day spot for sports enthusiasts in the area.

We’re skipping the spotlight on Buffalo Wild Wings, Hooters and other big chains to focus on the fan-favorite bars around Charlotte, Matthews, Lake Norman, Gastonia and Belmont, too. We want to hear them all!

So pass along your nominations, even if you’ve got more than one. Then, we’ll put it to a vote.

You can also email us your picks at charlottefive@charlottefive.com.

Note: As we are looking for smaller, local spots, chain restaurants and bars that have more than 30 locations worldwide, as well as past CharlotteFive Readers’ Choice winners, will be excluded from winning the poll.
