‘Halston & Warhol: Silver & Suede’

Opening day for the exhibition that integrates Roy Halston Frowick’s garments – including dresses, hats and other accessories – along with Andy Warhol’s photography, videos and paintings. On view through June 14.

‘Dancing With the Stars of Charlotte’

This event, which pairs local celebrities with Charlotte Ballet dancers, raises money for the troupe and the celebrities’ favorite charities.

The Charlotte Symphony Orchestra joins Nashville singer-songwriter Vince Mendoza (who will conduct) to echo her latest album, “Songs From the Movie,” which casts songs like “I Am a Town” and “Come On Come On” in a new light.
