If you didn’t get tickets to Dreamville Festival and were hoping to catch it online, you’re out of luck.

This year’s festival — which will be the fifth and final one — is returning to Dorothea Dix Park Saturday, April 5 and Sunday, April 6 with more than 25 rap and hip hop artists, including headliners Lil Wayne and 21 Savage.

In years past, fans were able to tune in to the big event from home with Amazon Music for free.

But this weekend, hip hop artist and Fayetteville native J. Cole’s two-day event in Raleigh will not be livestreamed, organizers confirmed to The News & Observer without sharing details why.

Ibrahim Hamad, Dreamville co-founder and J. Cole’s manager, confirmed there will not be a livestream on X (formerly Twitter) this week.

Organizers will be kicking off festival weekend early with several events around the downtown area beginning Wednesday, April 2, like a pop-up event, morning yoga, evening run clubs, game night and car show.

Dreamville 2026?

Though organizers announced this year’s will be the final Dreamville Festival, Raleigh and Live Nation have begun talking about continuing to hold a music festival, possibly under the Dreamville moniker, at Dorothea Dix Park, The N&O previously reported.

“I don’t think it’s leaving,” Mayor Janet Cowell previously told The N&O. “I think the current format with [founder] J. Cole being the headliner, this will be the last year for him. My sense is that it will continue, but it will be like ‘Dreamville brought to you by’ as opposed to the current format.”
