‘Frasier' Star Peri Gilpin Is More Stunning Than Ever 22 Years After the End of the Original Series

Peri Gilpin, who won our hearts as Roz on Frasier, looks more stunning than ever in a rare red carpet appearance.

The acclaimed actress, 64, skyrocketed to fame in the role of Roz, Dr. Frasier Crane's sassy radio station colleague on the beloved NBC series, which ran from 1993 to 2004. Starring alongside Kelsey Grammer, David Hyde Pierce, John Mahoney, and Jane Leeves, Gilpin became a TV staple in the long-running series. When it ended, she went on to appear in the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It, and even reprised her Frasier role in the reboot from 2023 to 2024.

Not one to hit every red carpet, Gilpin attended the Women's Guild Cedars-Sinai 2026 Spring Luncheon at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. It's hard to believe it's been 22 years since the original series concluded, because she managed to look younger than she did on the show!

How Did Gilpin Feel About Bringing Roz Back?

When the time came to bring back Frasier for the reboot, Gilpin didn't seem to hesitate one bit. In an interview with Screen Rant, the actress shared that Roz was her favorite character to play. In fact, she had a hunch she might end up playing Roz again.

"It's so fun. It's a dream. I always sort of weirdly thought I might play Roz again. I don't know why. And it feels so good to revisit that character. It's my favorite character I've ever played," Gilpin shared. "I love all the things about her and I love playing her at this age and finding out what's going on in her life now. It's so fun."

What's Gilpin Up to These Days?

With the Frasier reboot done, Gilpin has teamed up with someone special in her life: her daughter. Last year, the actress and her daughter, Ava Vincent, an accomplished graphic designer, joined the producing team for Jo - The Little Women Musical.

"Theater has always been my first love," said Gilpin in a release. "So Ava and I are thrilled to come on board the producing team of Jo - The Little Women Musical. This legendary story has resonated for families for years, and the beautiful and creative score of this new stage adaptation will help introduce this tale to new generations. We see such amazing potential in the show and are excited to see where it goes next!"
