Friday, 4-9 p.m.: The seventh annual pumpkin carving competition yields masterpieces. Watch the carving begin at 4 p.m., judging at 5:30 p.m., and the after-party from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Texicali. Charlotte Symphony Pops: Super Diamond

Costume Campfire
