Fun in Charlotte: Last day for Christmas show, reptiles, Ren Fest and Emily Kinney

Sunday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.: The final day of the holiday tradition that features 50 shops with gifts, dolls, ornaments and decorations; a display of Christmas-themed doll houses; festive foods, wine and entertainment – including Santa. Admission $10/$12, $3 for ages 6-12. www.southernshows.com/scs

Sunday, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.: The last day you can experience the festival and artisan marketplace for the year. Donate canned foods at the entrance and get a free admission for a child age 5-12. Tickets $23 in advance online, www.carolina.renfestinfo.com.

Sunday, 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.: Meet some of the nature center’s resident reptiles and amphibians up close. Free.

Monday, 8 p.m.: Between roles on cable-TV series including “Masters of Sex,” “The Knick,” and, most notably, “The Walking Dead” (she was Beth), the actress penned an acoustic-based pop album titled, “This Is War.” Tickets $14-$16, www.visulite.com.

Wednesday, 7 p.m.: The bluegrass/gospel family band from Sylva will perform a free Thanksgiving Eve concert. The band recently made it to the semifinals of “America’s Got Talent.” Bring a food donation for Loaves & Fishes Food Pantries of Mecklenburg County. christchurchcharlotte.org/mfb
