Taste of the Carolinas

Amusement park visitors can sample culinary foods from Carolina regions, along with recommended pairings of local craft beer and wine. At 1 and 4 p.m., Damaris Phillips (of The Food Network’s “Southern at Heart”) will give guests a fresh take on Southern cuisine in Harmony Hall.

Music

The Jazz Room

Eileina Dennis sings a tribute to Sarah Vaughan; at her concert, you can get a cabaret table for $50. (On Friday, trumpeter Leon “Kid Chocolate” Brown plays a tribute to Louis Armstrong.)

The annual sale will feature a wide variety of perennials, herbs and herb gardens, vegetable plants, succulents, hanging flower baskets, bird baths and feeders, sundials, garden ornaments and more.

This “mindful triathlon” consists of a 5-kilometer run (or walk), a large-scale 90-minute yoga class and a guided meditation. In addition, there’ll be live bands and DJs, acroyoga, slacklining, hooping and more.
