Hippie Fest

Trade and Tryon streets
Saturday, 2 – 9:30 p.m.: An international field of the world’s top men’s and women’s professional cyclists will take to the streets of uptown Charlotte to compete for more than $40,000 in prize money. Professional races begin at 6 p.m. Full schedule at www.charlottecriterium.org.
Taste of the Carolinas

Sunday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.: Park visitors can sample foods from seven Carolina regions: Asheville, the N.C. mountains, upstate S.C., the S.C. Lowcountry, the S.C. BBQ Region, the Outer Banks, Lexington and Charleston. Park admission $29.99 and up, food and beverage not included.
Spring Concert
