What should live music in Charlotte look like when it returns? Venues want your opinion.
Charlotte’s live-music venues are normally in competition with one another when it comes to booking acts and drawing crowds, but COVID-19 has brought them together to address ongoing closures and the inevitable Phase 3 reopening.
The Charlotte Independent Venue Alliance (or CIVA) was formed by owners and operators from Visulite Theatre, Amos’ Southend, Neighborhood Theatre, Evening Muse, Skylark Social Club, The Milestone, Petra’s, Middle C Jazz, Snug Harbor, Tipsy Burro, Thirsty Beaver, and Tommy’s Pub with a single vision to maintain and strengthen live music in Charlotte.
And the CIVA wants your input.
The alliance is distributing an online survey about what changes and safety measures patrons would like to see taken during reopening. You can find the survey, which should take no more than two minutes, by clicking here.
