Garth Brooks adds second show to latest Charlotte tour stop. Here’s how to get tickets

Garth Brooks’ long-awaited return to Charlotte just got a little longer.

The country music star has added a second show to his latest tour stop in the Queen City.

The additional show is set for 7 p.m. on Friday, July 15 at Bank of America Stadium.

Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster, and you can get them by visiting ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks, calling 1-877-654-2784, or using the Ticketmaster app. There will be no advanced sales at the box office.

“All-inclusive” tickets will be $94.95, according to a news release for the tour. All seats will be reserved and “in the round.” There is an eight-ticket limit on sales, so you’ll need to be decisive about which friends to bring, whether or not they’re from low places.

And you’ll need to act fast if you want to make sure to get tickets as previous Brooks shows have sold out quickly.

Tickets are also on sale for a previously announced Saturday, July 16 show.

Brooks was supposed to perform in Charlotte in May 2020, but that show was postponed by the COVID-19 pandemic. And as the pandemic raged on, even more postponements piled up.

“I’m gonna be worn out a minute into this thing. It’s just one of those things where I’ve been trying to get a date with this city for 20-something years, and once I got (it), it got pulled back even further. So just know the band and crew loves and respects the hell out of this city, and this is gonna be a fun gig. Please God, please let it happen. And please let everybody be safe doing it,” Brooks previously told the Observer.

These back-to-back shows will be two of many in the Charlotte area in the coming months as live music comes back in force.
