The Runner-Up (10 p.m., Esquire) – In episode 2 of 4, Clay Aiken has won the congressional primary and faces new challenges in the general election. Also, Clay’s “American Idol” pals Ruben Studdard and Fantasia Barino help him raise money, and Clay hopes that participating in a televised debate against Renee Elmers will boost his poll numbers.
