Supernatural (9 p.m., CW) – Oliver goes through a transformation, and Laurel asks Felicity and Diggle to help Nyssa face the League of Assassins.

Criminal Minds (9 p.m., CBS) – The BAU tracks a vigilante in Los Angeles who is shooting people who have possible ties to criminal activity.

Chicago PD (9 p.m., NBC) – Another crossover episode with “L&O: SVU” (10 p.m.), this one involving similar rape/murder cases in Chicago and New York.

blackish (9:30 p.m., ABC) – When Zoey starts acting out and pushes boundaries, Dre and Bow disagree on how to handle her bad behavior.

Ripper Street (10 p.m., BBC America) – The third season debuts with a locomotive disaster, which sets Reid and Long Susan on a collision course.

CSI: Cyber (10 p.m., CBS) – The cyber team investigates when nine planes from the same airport undergo a coordinated Wi-Fi attack.
