What to Watch on Tuesday: Brothers meet heroes on ‘Weight Loss’

Extreme Weight Loss (9 p.m., ABC) – The fifth season premiere of this weight loss series features twin brothers who get to meet professional basketball player heroes Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash, and then get to play 2-on-2 with Byron Scott and James Worthy at their six-month milestone.
