What to Watch on Wednesday: Food Channel visits Raleigh festival
Carnival Cravings with Anthony Anderson (10 p.m., Food) – In the premiere of this new series, Anthony Anderson (“Black-ish”) travels to the Got to Be NC Festival here in Raleigh where he samples redneck egg rolls (an egg roll with barbecue pork and collards, I’m guessing) and an intense bacon-wrapped deep-fried dessert. He also tries his hand at the lumberjack competition and bets the farm at the pig races.
Also on tonight . . .
Kevin From Work (8 p.m., ABC Family) – In this new sitcom, a departing employee named Kevin declares his love for coworker Audrey in a letter, and then tries to retrieve the letter when his new job falls through. A second episode airs at 8:30.
Extant (9 p.m., CBS) – After a devastating raid on the hybrid compound, Molly tries to save Adhu, while Lucy becomes a more dangerous threat to humans.
Key & Peele (10 p.m., Comedy Central) – In sketches, Judge Jessie has a new show and valets discuss Val Kilmer.
The Jim Gaffigan Show (10 p.m., TV Land) – Jim mixes up a drawing with a school application, he and Jeannie hope that the mistake goes unnoticed.
