Mom (9 p.m., CBS) – After assisting a recovering drug addict who is trying to get back on her feet, Bonnie and Christy feel addicted to the rush of helping others.

Bones (8 p.m., Fox) – A political journalist is murdered after publishing an article regarding corruption in the NSA, and Hodgins’ paranoia increases as members of the team realize they are being monitored.

Vampire Diaries (8 p.m., CW) – Damon and Stefan confront Lily with painful childhood memories.

Scandal (9 p.m., ABC) – Olivia is frustrated as she takes on more responsibilities at the White House, while Huck and Jake search for Rowan.

A Chef’s Life (9:30 p.m., UNC-TV) – This episode looking at the “whole cow” includes classic cubed steak. Also, Vivian works on her cookbook in New York.

Nathan For You (10 p.m., Comedy Central) – Nathan tries to help a hotel appeal to sexually active parents, and a travel agent finds out how to profit from her elderly customers.
