What to Watch on Tuesday: ‘Frontline’ doc looks at U.S. drug policy

Chasing Heroin (9 p.m., UNC-TV) – A two-hour “Frontline” special examines U.S. drug policy and what happens when heroin is approached as a health issue instead of a crime. The lives of four heroin addicts in Seattle are the focus.

It’s a Mann’s World (10 p.m., BET) – In the Season 2 premiere, the Mann family competes in an annual Top Chef-style family cook-off with David and Tamela as opposing captains.
