What to Watch on Wednesday: ‘American Crime’ keeps breaking ground
American Crime (10 p.m., ABC) – Last week, the handful of viewers who watch this show experienced one of the most powerful episodes ever shown on network television. Tonight’s episode is just as provocative, but in a different way. A death at Leyland High is mourned, and Becca makes a confession to Dan – but the action of the episode is interspersed with clips of teachers from Columbine high school, and parents and victims of LGBT bullying, discussing their experiences.
Also on tonight . . .
Arrow (8 p.m., CW) – Oliver asks Vixen, who has magical abilities, for help battling Darhk.
Law & Order: SVU (9 p.m., NBC) – When Barba must drop rape charges against a popular actor due to lack of evidence, Rollins takes matters into her own hands.
Code Black (10 p.m., CBS) – In the season finale, Mario decides to confront Angus, and Dr. Mark Taylor returns to help Leanne find money in the budget for the nurses. No word yet on a second season.
Broad City (10 p.m., Comedy Central) – Abbie must pose as Ilana to cover her shift at the food co-op while Ilana attends a doctor’s appointment.
