What to Watch on Sunday: ‘Game of Thrones’ addresses Snow’s fate
Game of Thrones (9 p.m., HBO) – It’s finally here. In the Season 6 premiere, fans will officially learn the fate of Jon Snow. Apart from that, we’ve gathered a few other things to expect in the opening episode and in the new season: Daenerys Targaryen meets a strong man (Strong Belwas, perhaps?); Cersei Lannister sees her daughter again, though not under pleasant circumstances; we’ll see imprisoned Margaery Tyrell truly terrified and uncertain, perhaps for the first time ever; the always tough Arya Stark – who is blind – trains for physical combat; and Bran Stark will return (not seen since Season 4).

The Good Wife (9 p.m., CBS) – Things go from bad to worse when Alicia throws a party for the upcoming wedding of Howard and Jackie.
Mr. Selfridge (10 p.m., UNC-TV) – Jimmy devises a plan to save Harry, while a love triangle meets its end.
Quantico (10 p.m., ABC) – Alex discovers some familiar faces while searching for the terrorist.
United Shades of America (10 p.m., CNN) – The premier of a new series in which comedian W. Kamau Bell travels the country to explore issues of race. He starts with a trip South to speak to KKK members.
Silicon Valley (10 p.m., HBO) – After being fired, an angry Richard faces a tough decision in the Season 3 opener.
Veep (10:30 p.m., HBO) – As Season 5 opens, Selina, on the night after the election, discovers a possible road to victory.
