All In With Cam Newton (8 p.m., Nickelodeon) – The premiere of Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton’s new series in which he helps kids chase their dreams shows him riding with a BMX hopeful as he learns from expert Matt Hoffman, and later, checking in with an aspiring veterinarian at a farm. Girl Meets World (8:30 p.m., Disney) – In the Season 3 opener, Riley, Maya, Farkle and Lucas start their freshman year and quickly learn their place as smaller fish in a bigger pond.

Carol Burnett’s Favorite Sketches (9 p.m., UNC-TV) – Carol Burnett takes a look back at her favorite sketches from "The Carol Burnett Show."
