What to Watch on Wednesday: AFI salutes John Williams; more O.J.

A Tribute to John Williams (10 p.m., TNT) – Steven Spielberg presents the AFI Life Achievement Award to composer John Williams. The five-time Oscar-winner (out of 50 nominations) composed themes for “Star Wars” films, “Harry Potter” films, “Jaws,” “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” “Close Encounters of the Third Kind,” “Schindler’s List” and many others.

MasterChef (8 p.m., Fox) – The home cooks meet guest judge Wolfgang Puck, who introduces a potato-centric mystery box challenge.

O.J.: Made in America (9 p.m., ESPN) – In part three of the “30 for 30” documentary series, America is shocked when O.J. is arrested for the murder of his estranged wife and her companion, beginning the country’s fascination with “The Trial of the Century.” Part two repeats at 7 p.m. On the fence about whether or not to jump in?
