What is Fashion D’Lux?: Well, if you have to ask … that’s okay, because it’s Charlotte’s first luxury fashion show and event.

When is it?: The premiere party is 7 p.m. Friday and the runway show is 7 p.m. Saturday.

Where?: The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art in uptown

What can I expect?: High-end brands such as Porsche Design as well as Z Zegna, Hugo Boss, Helmut Lang, Carolina Isa and St. John presented by Nordstrom. Vendors will be on hand, too, so you can leave looking even better than when you arrive.

Enjoy champagne and sweets at the premiere party and hors d’oeuvres at the runway show.
