Man shot, dropped off at Huntersville 7-Eleven

Investigators were on the scene at a 7-Eleven convenience store on Sam Furr Road in Huntersville early Sunday trying to determine why a man with a gunshot wound was dropped off there.

The identity of the injured man and details about his condition have not been released.

The incident was reported around 12:30 a.m. Investigators have not said whether a suspect has been identified.
