Birds and Brews

“Eats, Beaks & Brews” event at the Carolina Raptor Center, 6000 Sample Rd., Huntersville, 6-8 p.m., doors open at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 13. Activities for all ages including food trucks, beer and wine tastings, music and more. The event’s theme will focus on bird identification. $10 at the door, $8 in advance, free for those 20 and younger.
