English Bulldog Sits Like a Human to Watch 'The Lion King' and It's Cracking People Up
We love watching clips of pets watching TV with their pet parents, intently watching as if they understand what's going on, and sometimes they do. GraceAnne's English Bulldog, Belle, is a huge fan of one particular movie, The Lion King, and this video of her watching it with her dad is priceless...f or more than one reason.
First, Belle isn't just sitting beside him-she's sitting like a human, perfectly upright with her front paws resting on her dad as if she's making sure he doesn't move. The other thing that has people talking? It's the look on her face!
@graceannebourque why u sittin like that girl #bulldogsoftiktok

Belle the Bulldog's 'Human Sitting' TV Moment Has Viewers Laughing
GraceAnne's video of Belle, the Bulldog, watching TV while sitting like a human quickly went viral and now has more than 3.6 million views and over 5k comments, and some of those comments cracked us up. @Vanessa asked, "Are you third-wheeling?" The comment got nearly 5k likes, but @Mama_K_5 replied, "This comment doesn't have nearly enough likes. LOL!" @JusD joked, "Do they even know you are in the room?"
Commenter @Jo shared a close-up screenshot of Belle and her dad's faces and said, "Dad and his first-born daughter..." @AW shared, "No question of PAWTERNITY there! LOL!"
"Her little tongue out! She's perfect!" shared @burkenstock11, and @colleen added, "Immediately obsessed with her!"
@Disney even left a comment, saying, "Oh, we feel the love!"
Dogs love watching shows with colors they can see: yellows, blues, and grays, and The Lion King happens to fit that pretty well. It also has an all-animal cast and lots of sounds that seem to grab their attention. This combination might help explain why so many dogs seem especially into this animated classic!
