Wet weather is keeping me out of the dirt

Dean Mullis JEFF SINER --

Got a bunch of lettuce, cabbage and other stuff growing under fluorescent lights in my office. I move them onto the back porch on days it is warm and sunny enough.

More than 2,000 onion plants arrived yesterday and expecting 150 pounds of seed potatoes next week.

Also expecting an inch-plus of rain ... goody.

Was going to spend last fall and winter getting the garden ready for spring but have not been able to do any soil prep for almost 4 months.

Just have to wait and see what happens.
