The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar
Cowfish (4310 Sharon Road) has a new sushi roll developed by PGA Tour player Webb Simpson and master sushi chef Rifali Almunir. The roll features tuna and salmon and is topped with whitefish nigiri to resemble a golf ball. Through June 15, The Cowfish will donate a percentage of the sales of the roll to Beds for Kids.
